
Bob Stevenson
Bob started with Garris Robert Realtors in June, 2000. He has twenty five years of Waterloo Government and business experience. He worked for many years as Administrative Director and city planner for the city of Waterloo. Bob is a graduate of Waterloo West High School and UNI.
He has been very active in the community, serving on many boards, commissions and organizations including: Public Employees Credit Union Board of Directors, current chairperson; City of Waterloo Historic Preservation Commission, past chairperson; City of Waterloo "LEAP to the Future" Planning Committee; City of Waterloo budget review committee, City of Waterloo Planning and Zoning Commission, past secretary; Waterloo Jaycees, past president and J.C.I. Senator; Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments, executive committee; and the Black Hawk County Eminent Domain Commission.
Bob and his wife Cindy are life long residents of the Cedar Valley. Cindy is a sixth grade science teacher at Hoover Middle School. Their daughters attend West High School, Cedar Falls High School, UNI and the University of Iowa. Bob and Cindy try to spend some time at their cabin on Holiday Lake in the summer
